The focus on this class is on the "floor" part of gymnastics. Tumbling teaches skills as basic as a forward roll to as advanced as multiple back handsprings with a tuck at the end. We utilize different equipment and developmental aids to breakdown the skills into basic components - making it easier for overall execution of each skill. This class also does a lot of conditioning and stretching to ensure that the student's body is strong enough to tumble.
