Fun With Film
Be the director, producer and even the star!
Be the star in your own show! In this introduction to film-making, students will learn about the various genres of film, from documentaries to feature films. Then, the group will collaborate to decide a topic for their own original short film project. From brainstorming to story-boarding, students will learn the process of what it takes to make a film, taking on specific responsibilities and working as a team to complete the work from concept, to filming, to final editing. At the end of the of the course, the students will have successfully created a short film together as a keepsake and an inspiration to continue to tell their own stories!
